When will my package arrive?

1-2 weeks depending on how many orders I have recieved. US packages take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and international packages take around 3-4 weeks. 


My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Unfortunately there is not much I can do. Once a package is shipped off it is in the hands of the USPS. If you would like, i recommend filing a claim with USPS as it is on their end at that point. 


My package hasn't arrived!

If you are international, sometimes it can take longer than 3-4 weeks to arrive. That is the nature of international mailing sometimes. If it has gone on longer, you can email me and we can try to figure something out. At that point there is not much I can do since it is in the hands of the mail carrier. 


Do you do refunds? 

If you email me within 24 hours of your purchase I can issue a refund. I usually ship things out on fridays, so if you wait too long and it is already shipped there is nothing I can do. 


I made an error in my shipping address. What do I do?

Please, please, please triple check your address! If you email me the correct address within 24 hours of your purchase, I can fix it. Beyond that, if I notice an incomplete address I will cancel the order.  


I recieved a notification of shipment, but there is no tracking number!

International orders that are flat mailers do not recieve a shipping label with tracking. I try to keep my international shipping rates as low as possible, a lot of the cost in a shipping label is in the tracking code.
